WHAT IS QUANTUM NLP:

Little did I know what I was getting myself into in March of 2005, when I decided to call my newly founded NLP Training, Coaching and Consulting Business "QUANTUM NLP". I thought I had just found a great business name, until I started collecting more and more feedback from my personal and professional clients and students, that my way of doing NLP was completely different than what they had experienced before.

It took me a couple of years to be able to put my finger on the specifics that make Quantum NLP unique and special. Because the magnitude of what we are dealing with here is so huge, this writeup about Quantum NLP is a piece of work in progress. Please excuse any inadequacies in my expression, as I am still in the process of figuring out the minute details, that comprise the specifics of "Quantum NLP" as a methodology.

To make it short and simple:

THE VISION OF QUANTUM NLP:

Truly, this is a time of great transformation. Raising consciousness is not a solitary journey anymore of a few avatars or sages. It is a journey for humanity at large and connects all of us. This is a worldwide social epidemic as more people and organizations every day join the movement until an actual paradigm shift is achieved and humanity evolves to the next level of consciousness.

THE MISSION OF QUANTUM NLP:

At Quantum NLP our mission is to spread NLP around the world and to make it available to people of all walks of life. To contribute to the social epidemic of transformation on the planet we offer training, coaching, consulting and products that help individuals and organizations to achieve higher levels of consciousness.

WHAT MAKES QUANTUM NLP DIFFERENT:

In addition to the traditional NLP presuppositions, the most important presuppositions that Quantum NLP operates from are:


"As above so below."


Everything that is above (macrocosm) corresponds to that which is below (microcosm). Within each lies the other, and by understanding the one we can understand the other. The principles that work for the larger system of our global community, also work for you and your family.


"As within so without." in conjunction with "We create our own reality."


Quantum Physics states that the expectation of the observer influences the outcome of the experiment. What happens within us creates our outer reality - not the other way around. In western civilization we are just now starting to understand the amazing implications of living in a participatory universe, where our inner experience influences our outer experience. We are tapping back into ancient knowledge that was never lost in many native cultures.


"We live in a holographic universe."


Based on systems theory and cybernetics, the whole is greater then the sum of it's parts. As we transform individually, so do the larger systems that we are part of.

Each person on the planet plays an important role in this global evolution as we incorporate new behaviors, skills and beliefs into our own lives. We consistently learn and evolve - and as we transform, the people around us naturally move to the next level of consciousness also, the evolution is systemic in nature.

I know it sounds so simple - and what appears like magic actually has an underlying structure and there is a technology that supports these so-called phenomena. This is exactly the territory that Quantum NLP engages in as we offer many resources, techniques and processes to help our clients raise their own consciousness and in effect transform the larger systems they are part of.

On the fundamental level we are all connected and already have all the answers within us to evolve ourselves and the planet to the next level. Scientific discoveries are showing us clearly that many of our assumptions that were based on a mechanical universe are incomplete and that it is time to enhance our model of the world. We are starting to understand that there is an intelligent field that fills the universe. This field responds to what we think, do and feel, which means that we can actively communicate with it.

Our whole world literally materializes from this field and by changing our thoughts, actions and feelings we are intentionally transforming the universe. In this field our world vision already exists. And that vision lays the foundation to what we are able to create in the world. We are now starting to understand that we are not just passive observers to what’s happening on this planet, we are opening up to the idea that we are powerful creators - and that consciousness is the creative force behind any kind of transformation.

HOW TO MAKE THE GREATEST POSSIBLE DIFFERENCE:

With the issues the world is facing right now, to have the greatest effect in the shortest amount of time, at Quantum NLP we have dedicated ourselves to working with visionaries. People who are proactively creating their own lives and believe that their journey is directly interrelated with the greater journey humanity is on. Our personal and professional clients understand that their thoughts, actions and feelings matter in their creations and they can see the value of their contribution to the greater vision - the bigger picture of humanity creating positive long term effects through modifying old behaviors and integrating new paradigms.

Right now, humanity is spiritually maturating as we acknowledge that we are one with the universe and all of life. We are awakening to an evolved way of being in this world. We are tapping into our true essence and are realizing that we are ultimately powerful in our ability to create. And there is no difference whether we are talking about an individual person, a city, country or the whole world.
