Lyn Christian has been called a “woman of courage” and “the coach’s coach.” She holds a degree in education from Brigham Young University, Master Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation, and coaching certificates from Franklin Covey and Marshall Goldsmith’s elite executive coach training.
Lyn is the founder and owner of two coaching related companies: SoulSalt Inc. and Ultimate Coach University. She has several publications credited to her efforts. Many as a ghost writer for Franklin Covey which include Let's Get Real or Let's Not Play: The Demise of Dysfunctional Selling and more recently her own book Fearless Kisses and the e-book The Entrepreneur's Toolkit: A Self-Coaching Guide to Small Business.
Recently she was named as “Fittest Female Executive – 50 and Over” by Utah Business Magazine and she has appeared on Hair Designer T.V., 30 Minutes of Wisdom with the Enlightened Network as well as being highlighted in American Salon and Wasatch Woman Magazines.
And, when Lyn is not out there coaching, she's pushing herself to learn new skills. Her most recent adventure has been to face-off with her childhood fear of drowning by entering competitive sports after the age of 50. She now competes in Sprint Triathlons.
Lyn believes that it is the Innovator, the Visionary and the Entrepreneur that will support the events to eventually bring peace and harmony to this planet. She perceives that big business and governments are not as empowered as those of us who want to earn our living and live our lives by doing what inspires us.

What is YOUR Story? And are you telling it?
Entrepreneur or networker, shy or charming, public speaker or student, everyone needs communication skills they can use to share their message with the world. Do you have life experiences that should be told? Whether the message is large or small, whether your audience is one person or thousands, you have a story to share and it is helpful to be able to get past the fear of getting up and telling about it.
Knowing how to keep the nerves at bay, how to best organize what you have to say, and learning about resources that are there to assist you in communicating can make all the difference in getting that message out. Awakening a desire to share your memoirs (or life stories) with your family or friends can be empowering.
These subjects will be explored in an interactive presentation. You will come away from the presentation with valuable information and resources, as well as an introduction to the “What is YOUR Story” Workshops.
Sharon Aaron began a journey in the year 2000 to bolster her own confidence and self-esteem when a layoff forced her to be more outgoing. She joined a Toastmaster club and soon found that the organization offered much more than lessons in public speaking. Leadership opportunities called her to action and memories of lifelong writing communication skills were reawakened. Sharon enjoys teaching her own “What is YOUR Story” workshops to help participants share their personal life stories.
The class is taught every other month at the Salt Lake Transformation Station, to small interactive groups. Currently Sharon is currently the president of Voice of Experience Toastmaster Club. Sharon was named Toastmaster of the Year 2008-2009 and inducted into to the District 15 Hall of Fame in 2010-2011. She has enjoyed lasting friendships as well as challenging responsibilities through this affiliation.
Sharon now uses every available opportunity to share these important skills with others through presentations and workshops. See your Aura in watercolor. I am a business instructor at a technical college. I have seen auras all my life, but due to my parents discomfort when I was a child, I stopped mentioning it. I now enjoy showing people what their energy looks like displayed in watercolor. I color a template with their over all aura tone. Then I put in all of the aura colors I can see.
Each color has a certain feel such as; bright red is exciting, dark purple feels squishy and deep and dream like. Once in a while I will get a message and I will share it, but I do not want to promise this to anyone as they seemed to just come when they want.
